There’s more mantras I can list because when I need motivation, that guy staring back at me in the mirror is the only cheerleader I got sometimes.
What motivates you? An anthem on the radio, watching others go after their goals, or is it pushing yourself forward? I think it is very important to give yourself some credit, have faith in your abilities so that it will be a lot harder to give up because you’re too busy getting up after those hard times.
